dude i have the same car and put in a reactive tach, go under the hood right in front of the driver, along the left side of the car less than halfway down from windshield to front bumper, there is a little random wire with like a green cap on it. it is right on top, i even think it is mounted. it is a wire used to test your idle or somethiing like that. i just spliced my tach into that. just run the wire through your firewall. there is a little rubber plug you need to punch out and drill a hole in if you want to keep it and then run the wire through it. hope this helps.

installing a tachometer is very simple even if that magical green wire isn't there all that has to be done is run a wire that is turned on while the car is ON so find a wire in the fuse box or another wire when your key is ON and splice into it then find a ground either metal or a wire make sure to clean the ground last if you don't have a tach and you don't have that wire go to the coil pack under the distrbuter cap and find the NEGATIVE terminal that hooks up to the coil splice into this and cover well with electric tape run it back into the car and hook it up to the sensor wire for the tachometer this is the most important step then you're ready to mount it
