I got a quick release hub. Its not that hard installing it. Just bolt it on to your existing steering wheel hub. Of course you will have to have aftermarket steering wheel and hub. When I go inside the house I take the steering wheel with me. Sometimes it sux when i go to my car, then have to go back inside cuz i forgot my steering wheel :af:

absolutely true  I did that a few times myself. h:

As for looking for a QR. Make sure you get from a reputable company. Do some research and see if people have problems with "play" or defects. I went through two kinds. Tekniq and SPW. They both work with normal MOMO or Sparco steering hubs.

Tekniq user here. Love it.
Only issues is the horn contacts seem to be faulty, so you'd need to modify them slightly, nothing major at all.

i'm gonna be doin this to my car soon...what i'm gonna do is weld a bracket of some sort behind my seat or somewhere in the car and than have it to where i can put a real good padlock to hold the steering wheel to it so i dont have to worry about where i'm gonna put my steering wheel when i'm not at home
