either the window track needs adjustment or it needs replacing.

try adjusting the lower rear point of the track forward a little to pinch the window a little when it's all the way down. If you're at the max of the adjustment and it still needs more, it's time to replace the rubber window track.

it might just be as simple as lubing the track. if its binding that could be why its coming off. Youll want to take your interior door panel off to be sure.

I have the same problem with the driver's side window coming out of the track. I have a 94 honda civic ex 2 door. I took the door panel off and discovered that the plastic piece that is connected to the bottom of the window where the bolt goes through - broke off! Is there some kinda super glue I should use to glue it back on there?? Has anyone dealt with this?
