Just take your time and look what everything's bolted to. There are several plastic fasteners on the underside of the car and in the fender wells that you should be very careful removing. Take your time. Don't force anything. After you get all the visible fasteners off, the plastic splash guards off, and the metal plate/screws that hold the top part under the hood on, and the 2 bolts above the headlights that secure the corners of the bumper cover to metal brackets, there are only 4 push-style plastic clips that go from the bumper cover into the fenders. reach your hand up inside the fender wells and squeeze these connectors as you pull them out of the fenders so you don't break them. Don't pry on the bumper cover or you'll crack/scratch the paint.

Good luck.

Here is the picture from the foglight installation instructions. Hope it helps! Just so you know, for whatever reason the A/C temperature sensor was not on the back of my bumper like the diagram states, however I do have air conditioning. :dunno:

Two of the self tapping screws are underneath the bumper. If I remember correctly they are on the bottom to the left and right of the lower grill opening (probably closer to the area molded for the foglights). See image below for what the fogs look like. They were an additional accessory. If you don't have them no big deal. If you do have them once you get the bumper loose you will have to detach the wires running to each of the lights.

(Image borrowed from the CTR Headlight Mod post in Appearance/Cosmetic forum.)

The other two screws are just inside the wheel well where the plastic bumper meets the metal fender. Follow the body line and you will find them. Like I say, the bracket is for an air conditioning temperature sensor that will be on the back of the bumper. This sensor may or may not be there. My sensor is located somewhere else on the car. If you just look around with a flashlight you will find all of the clips, bolts, and screws. Take your time and when you get the bumper loose watch for any wires that may be connected to the back of it. Good luck!
