Default Cracked Distributor Cap

Hey, i was checken under my hood the other day, and i noticed a samll 1/2' inch crack in my distributor cap right on the front side. Its pretty much new so i dont know how it got craked. It looks like it my be letting in moistur making it a little foggy inside. i dont think i have a gasket on it so maybe that caused it?? well anyway i was wondering if i should replace it or if it will be ok?

Replace it. I had moisture entering my distributer cap as well and it was running like crap.

I second the replacement. They are so cheap that it is better to be safe than sorry in this case. Nothing worse than having it poop out on you because you didn't replace a cheap part that you knew was broken.

Replace it with an OEM cap, and you won't have that problem again.
