Default Dash

I just bought a 94 Hatch with a GSR dash swap. It looks good, but the factory door panels don't fit with the dash, the doors wont close, so now I have GSR door panels that do not fit for anything. Looks like crap. Just thought I let you know.

He's saying that the civic door panels don't fit with the dash, and the GSR panels look like crap in his car. He's not looking for suggestions, he's sharing his experience.

Why would he use door panels that don't fit and would not allow him to close his doors?

you have to heat up the hatchback doorpanels with a heat gun or tourch to get plastic hot. Then close the doors it will form to the dash.

be very careful doing this, u can mess it up very easy.... but it does work.

I am in the process of finding new black door panels, and I am going to try to heat them up. Someone else told me about that.
