Default Body Modifying

How much ($) modification is needed to put a two-door front bumper(EX) on a four-door (LX). No I am not doing it myself because I do not have the knowledge or the tools. Please give me as close of an estimate as you can.

Thanks

That's a lot of work. I'm sure it can be done, but the amount of money it'll take to do such a thing would probably be more than if you just bought a coupe (and sold your sedan).

The next best thing that you could probably do is to permanently shut the back two doors, shave the handles, and just use the front two doors.

Sorry I meant to put bumper in there but I am a little frustrated right now, because of the accident that happened 30 minutes ago.

Sorry to hear that man. It can be done, but I don't think it will look right. Why not get another bumper that will fit right? I'll bet that the cost won't be all that different between a new one with paint and trying to get a bumper to fit that wasn't made to (and it won't look completely right). Ebay sells a lot of bumpers. gl man

Do a google search for Honda OEM Bumper or something... Check the FS section here and also try www.thepartstrader.com for some help.

You can put the 2dr bumper on your 4dr with little or no modification, but it wont fit too good since the fenders are different. The only way to make it fit right is to make your own fenders. To do it you need to cut your 4dr fender and weld the front part of a 2dr fender, looks really good if its done right. Attached is a pic of one that had this done. I plan to do the same eventually.
