Default Energy Suspension Mount Inserts

Hey guys, i was just curious if anyone on here had some experience with the Energy Suspension Mount Inserts. I went for a ride in a guys car yesterday that had them & they seemed to hold is B-series swap really well. He said that he's very happy with them. What type of experience has everyone else had with them?

I liked mine. Rear one is a huge pain in the ass to install if the motors already in place but it can be done. You'll notice a lot more engine vibration through the car, I used to put my knee up into the dash to stop it from rattling if I was stopped at a red light, but you'll also have a much more responsive engine and less risk of snapping and axle.

The vibration is to be expected, i need some type of strenth in my mounts whether it be inserts or aftermarket mounts.. coz my motor will probably shread the stock ones. I just picked up the inserts NEW for 47 shipped.

47 shipped is pretty high, I usually get them for ~$35. The ES mounts are probably the softest of all the inserts, you should have gone with Prothane if you wanted more stiffness. The ES will be really stiff at first, but they break in after a month or so.

I only put the left front one in my car and the vibration drive me crazy. I can't imagine how it would be with all 4 installed.

Anway, I've got a set for sale.. $20 you pay shipping

I'd rather the vibration's than the motor rip out of the car with my un-sprung disk!

I installed them too. Still have wheel hop and really didn't notice much difference.
