any way to clear up headlights?
sorry i didnt specify what year. i figured that my signature would let people know. i will try to polish them with plastic polish. would eagle one nano-wax work after i polish?
Oh im fine, I just got all excited thinkin maybe there was a way to make my 94's lights better.... But I guess I will have to just get new ones... I was thinkin of one piece headlights... Good luck with the lights!

try toothpaste, crest the white paste, not the gel, if not meguiars makes some headlight polish that comes in a packet for about a dollar. they work great. they are intended for plastic pieces that face the elements, the also have some kind of coating that repells water so they are ideal for use on marine equipment or in our case headlights. make sure the haze is outside and not inside, but the packet can be picked up at autozone or wherever in the headlight section
im gonna go to autozone tonight and get something. i want to paint the inside of my headlights like ive seen somewhere on the forum, but whats the point if you cant see through the freakin plastic.
Ok, dont use acetone, the reason people use acetone is to remove all of the grease and grime that is on the lense, and then you know you are not waxing somthing dirty.
If you want to clean it, use alcohol and that will clean them up so you can do whatever you need to them.

cool, i picked up some polishing compound tonight, and i guess ill go get some alcohol tomorrow and see what happens. although, i may have some left over from tonight. what proof should i use? lol
