what is the difference between the obd2b wiring harness from the obd1 wiring harness?

is the 95 civic dx already wired for vtec?

if i bought a p30 ecu would i have to do any other wiring changes for the obd2b b16a2 to work.

true...but the 1992 (built in japan) ONLY Civics were all pre-wired for VTEC no matter what trim. My DX was pre-wired.


to answer the question...no the 1995 DX will not be wired for VTEC. You'll need to wire that along with a knock sensor if needed. you will also need to see if the 02 sensor wires will need to be converted to 4 prong and you will probably need to add another bung to the header for the secondary 02.
