There was a guy I knew in AL that ran his C5 to 750 whp running 11's and spinning like hell the whole way down the track. It was not stock either.

Is there really that big of a difference. i know that the ITR is def a faster motor. but the CTR revs a little higher.
I have a 2000 civic hatch and im making my final decision for my motor this week before i purchase it. Im looking at either LS turbo or a CTR. Which one since this is a daily driver is going to be more reliable. Any feed back is helpful.
B16B just a destroked ITR engine. lol

Though i do have one sitting at the shop right now waiting to be installed into a car i havent even bought yet. <---yes im dumb i have an engine for a car i dont even have yet.

Ya think ya know something about engines, and then you learn something else.

I thought it was a good question as well. But i talked to a few people and they are all saying to go with the GSR motor. I figure i will go with the GSR and then turbo it down the road.

That was the motor to have, still is I guess.... So cool, I think that'll have what you're wanting. I'd like to have one of those myself, but not now. Maybe later on down the road. Then again I might just go with something AWD which is what I'd really like to have. I mean peple talk about rear wheel this and front wheel that. How about All wheel beotches!
Joking. Anyway. Rock on.

I can't even dream of a way to get that much power without high compression + turbo.

(or plus another rotor :chuckles: )

The only new picture of it I have in my "MyGarage" section is the full size picture of my avatar. I don't have any other new pictures because my passenger's side headlight is still not fully leveled (I need to do more hammering on the rad support on the passenger's side headlight area) but I have a newly updated picture of the repairs if you want it. PM or IM me for details.
