Unique to the VX, and it won't function correctly without it. It's part of the EGR system, and is necessary for it to idle and pass emissions properly.

Yup, I have one sitting in a VX that we've swapped different motor's in and out of

I completly forgot about that thing. :doh: good call man.
(I may have the inners of it sitting around somewhere)

Might I suggest just finding another B8. Those things are hard to give away for free, you can probably find one pretty easily.

Can Any Help Me Out With My B16a2 Into A 96 Civic Lx 4d That Had A D16y7.
Im Great With Wireing Up Stuff So It Wont Be Too Hard If I Know Where Everything Went. I Have My Old Harness And The B16 Too.
