G48 retainers?

Default G48 retainers?

Hi guys... Can anyone help me what does a retainers stamped G48 means? Is this Titanium, stainless or just an ordinary stock retainers? I got these when i got my engine from an importer...

Was thinkin of changin retiners but if these are good then ill not change em anymore.. tnx..

Got no pics as of now but they do look like stainless (not the dark dull looking stock retainers)

Im assuming you mean spring retainers but theres an easy way to tell if something is stainless or titanium. Take one of the retianers off and see if it sticks to a magnet. If it doesnt then its either stainless, titanium, or another non-magnetic metal (not many of the others would be good for this type of part.

Tnx.. Am using a no rev limit box right now and em havin shivers of over revs that it might break and blow my engine..

No, that's just the abbreviation of Integra Type R.

Yup... Its the abreviation of integra type-r... Someone told me theres a company named ITR and they manufacture retainers and valvetrain parts for honda..
