Spring Questions
Alright so I'm planning on lowering my 2000 Civic Si and need some help. I think I'm going to go with Tokico Illumina Shocks and a Omni Camber kit...but on the subject of springs I am confused. I do only street driving... but I want to make sure I don't lower it too much for fear of ground clearence.
Should I go with Eibach Sportline springs or the Eibach prokit springs? Or... maybe I should go with another brand of springs like Tokico or Neuspeed...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if u dont want it too low eibach isnt the way to go....Tien springs only lower the car about 1.5 inches and they ride great...thats what i have on my car as for right now is Tien s.techs
hey whats up man i got an 00 si with h&r sports, its perfect, gives the lowered look with out scraping, still need to be careful but not as bad as most. if you want i can send you some pics of my car so you can see the drop pm me with a email address and ill send u some pics, theyre 14x.xx shipped at adventon.com.. awesome springs go great with kyb agx struts, if you use stock struts theyll last but they squeek and shit. not cool. the drop looks more extreme with stock wheels and tires, however with my 205/40/17's on it looks perfect, which in theory they should be identical, but for whatever reason the 17's like the drop better, stock real hard turns you may rub slightly every once in awhile. the drop is 1.75 in front and 1.5 in back.. hope this helps.

Pick up a set of OEM ITR springs. The rates are perfect IMO and the drop is very subtle. I've got them on my car along with a set of Koni yellows, and I couldn't be happier.

I got the pro kit on my 94 Ex and it never scrubs, evan when I rock the 17s...
you are gonna want camber kits too, so figure in that cost too. And an alignment unless you have guy that can get you on a machine or something.

and proof is in my pics of my "ugly" car im running 17" fusions and only tein springs and there is still as much wheel gap as someone running 16's or 15's on eibachs
