My drivers window stopped working while I was sleeping. I was doing some work on the other door (couldn't open it), got that fixed and decided to swap out the speaker and lube the track and handle of the drivers door. Everything went well window went up and down fine, I put it back together and went to sleep. Today the window doesn't do anything.
I took the panel back off after checking the fuses (all fine) and can't find anything wrong. All of the other windows work, I swapped switches with another, I get voltage to the motor and I've even tried plugging in another motor-still nothing.
Could I have lubed a ground for the motor somewhere inside the door? Why just this window when everything checks out-what the hell am I missing??

 

Just in case it happens to someone else: The friggin wire harness coming out of the body and going into the door has a cracked wire- it works with the door closed or by moving the harness with my hand.
That was the second thing I checked-must not have moved it just right.
Now I have to take offf the door and fix this. Or maybe not yet.
