You can pick up d16y8's for about 600-700 around here. Ecu is about 150... Why not do the whole engine, and then boost that? That way you can build the new engine for whatever you want BEFORE you put it in. Keeps you on the road.

unintercooled gains at 5.5 psi is roughly 30 hp and 30 ft/lbs.

what about with an intercooler?

30 hp seems too low.

30 hp isn't bad for the money. And there's always room for more boost.

6th gen EX/HX engine

6th gen LX auto tranny (long gearing, for more top end)

headers and exaust

a DRAG turbo kit

Eibach Prokit drop

14" stock steelies :fawk:

Civic LX badging


so this with some minor cosmetics (black housing headlights, red/clear tails) sounds like my new ride

this should keep me busy for the next $10,000

one more thing, what kind of tranny do the 96-00's have? Cable or Hydro?

Subtract headers from the list, the drag kit replaces it with a turbo manifold and downpipe
