DAMN MAN JUST DO WHAT HE SAID. I have done this to a DX cluster, blue... baby blue, there is no difference, its blue isnt it? If you want the info ASAP then use it... dont just sit there and say, but, even if....

You asked, got a straight answer, take out the cluster, find the blue wire, and hook it to that, and then find the black wire, hook the ground to that, and then find the yellow wire and hook it to that...

One question, why are you useing a aftermarket tach if you already have one?

no offense man, but between this and your identical post on H-T you have more than enough info. Take it apart, it's one of the easiest things you can do. I understand you wanting all the info and pictures you can get, but take a little initiative, trust your ability to figure things out and go for it.

And if you have problems, post replys with the progress and what problems you ran into.... And for future Moder's that want to do this, you could start a new thread with pics on how you did it, and step by step info... That way they know how... Wouldnt that have been nice if you had that?

why run a wire all the way into the engine bay when you can just run it to the gauge cluster harness?

Seems silly to me...
