Default Top Dead Center Sensor

Now that I know what the TDC Sensor does, can anyone tell me how to repair or replace it? Would I have to change the distributor?

how do you get to this sensor on a f22a1 honda prelude motor

is it in under the valve cover?

is this some sort of step by step guide to changing this sensor or cleaning it?

On the accords/preludes with 4 wire distributors, there are some extra sensors that do run off the crank (CKP, TDC?), driver side by the oil pump.
