Stock ek fog lights are raybrig, so you can't go wrong there and I have only heard good things about raybrig.

As far as Philips, I have had no experience with them so I cannot say.

wow, thanks..

so your saying h4b bulbs are not the same with h4 bulbs? they're totally different and would not fit to each other?

edit: not h4b but hb4, sorry.
