Default Looking at new wheels

I'm definetly going to get some 15" Rota Slipstreams (Until I can afford real SW388's), but I am a newb to the whole wheel and tire size department. I have a 98 civic ex... If I were to replace the stock wheels, what tire size should I get and what wheel size. I have no idea about offsets or anything, so I need to be clarified on it.

Plus while im at it, what do you think I could get for 17" light silver CDR9 enkeis and toyo tires... have minor (not deep) curb marks on all 4 all away around. I have no idea how they guy before me was that reckless, but oh well.

Most 15" Slips are 15x6.5, right? I know some 15x7s are around. For the 15x6.5s, I think 195/50R15 is the norm.

I would recommend going with either 195/55/15 or 205/50/15, the 195/50/15 is too small and your speedo will be off.
