You gain some (clearance) you loose some.
I'm looking for a quieter exhaust come next spring as well. The two candidates are the WS and the RS*R ExMag. I thought I had heard that the WS II didn't sound as nice as the old one. Are you saying it's just as quiet, Mr. Louie?
I had the WS on my EX for a while. It's a really nice system but the "S" pipe was hitting the gas tank. Overall the construction is solid but wish they could have had better fitment. I think the new ones have this problem corrected.

I know when I put my new COmptech sway bar in and then the WS exhaust it was like 3mm away from each other.

I had a bad vibration and rattle coming off my exhaust, which I thought was banging on my gas tank. I figured out it was vibration coming through the old rubber hangers and was rattling the chassis. I replaced the old, stiff rubber hangers with new ones, and it stopped.
