Will a b18b1 throttle body fit a d16z6 intake manifold? I keep reading that it will but no for sure information. Isn't it supposed to give me better throttle response? Any help would be appreciated

i dont think it would fit, but just give it a shot, it shouldnt take too long to try it.

 

from what i heard the b series TB will fit the D series IM. I dont know for sure so the best thing to do is to try

 

It'll fit, but it there really isn't a point until you put a good cam in the Z6.

 

I used my d series throttle body on my b series engine and it work fine

 

Well did it last night as will as change the injectors to integra jectors I definalty feel better throttle response and it seems to pull harder. I tried using my integra fuel rail but it was a **** hair to long anyways I micd the throttle bodys my d16z6 throttle body was 56.7 and the teg was 61.5 almost 5 mm larger wooohooo mor air flow. Only problems I ran into was the indle air motor on the donor teg was bad so the d16 happen to be the same bolt battern fixed eveything. Only other thing was before my cold air was super loud sucking sound which call me a ricer i dont care was sweet but changing it out made it not so loud oh well I'd rather have the pull than the sound. Yaaa I have a hybrid throttle body j/k
