Default PnP Intake manifold

I have an extra intake manifold in my garage that i was thinking about PnP it. I would use a set of Die bits. I would take the IM gasket and mark the IM and grind it donw till it matches, and i plan on doing it with the Throttle body too, I plan on using a B series TB. My question is will this give me a HP gains? I really dont want to take it to get down by a pro. If i do it will it mess it up? If u can help it will be great.

That's more commonly called "port matching" since you really aren't porting the full length or polishing it much. You won't see much if any gains since the Z6 manifold is already pretty well thought out.

Once again, not really, unless you're really bored.
