Default would this be a good susp. setup?

found this on ebay...

here

"You are bidding on a brand new set (4, 2 front and 2 rear) of Tokico HP shocks and Racers Design coil over kit for all 92-00 Honda Civics. These are brand new. I took them out of the box to get ready for install. Some things came up with my other car so these have to go. The Tokico HPs are real nice. They will really firm up the handling of your car and with the coilovers you can adjust the ride height to you likings. The coilovers retial for $299 alone, but due to my circumstance I need to sell them. They make driving feel like your floating, and the handling alone is enough to purchase them. This set could sell for over $800 at a store, so this is a good buy. These coilovers are specifically matched for Tokicos shocks, so you dont have to go hunting anymore for a good matched fit. These are perfect. They are adjustable from appro 1" 4"s. 2 adjustment wrenches are also included to easily change the height.

Will ship FEDEX for $35. Any questions, please ask I will help as best as I can "

$199...

would that be all i need to lower my car? is this a good setup?

My guess would be no, it isnt a good setup. Racers Design sounds like a cheap, Dropzone-type coilover system. But I might be wrong. $200 for what are most likely the non-adjustable shocks seems a little high...

But yes, all you really need for a very mild drop (less than 1.5 inches) are shocks/springs.

those are tokico blues, which are just aftermarket replacement shocks, and that brand coilovers sound cheap, i wouldnt want it on my car. if you want a good spring and shock combo, go with H&R springs and koni yellow shocks, or for a good coil over set go with tein, but you'll pay a pretty penny for both types but its well worth it for the ride you get.
