What is that light??????
I was reconecting my sub amp yesterday and when I turned on the car the SRS (airbag) light stayed on.
I know this means something s not right in the system. How can I find out what exactly is?
I checked fuses and relays but nothing
what do i do now?

you have a 96 hatch.
first I'd clear the codes...
clearing codes
if the light comes back...
retreive the codes
what the codes mean part 1

that service connector is wack. go to radioshack and buy a cheap toggle swith and solder some wires to the leads, then shove the wires into the srs connector and use the switch instead of unplugging and replugging the thing. heh I had the parts laying arround so i didnt spend a dime on it. otherwise it might just be a waste.
