Default 97 tranny in a 92????

here's my dilema......I'm converting my 92 civic 4 door to manual and I have everything to do the swap, but when I went to pick up the gearbox yesterday he told me that it came out of a 97 civic. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but won't the mounts be different on the chassis from the 92 to the 97????

I know both are D-series Engines and the gearbox will be ok, but I'm worried about the chassis mounting positions?

Or are they in the same place?

yea it'll work but you need the HCP mount for the top of the tranny being that the frome rail mount is different trust me i speak from experience

i recomend the jdmshit.com

you need the last mount on this page
