enjoy modding the car, as far as the taillights go, i have the stock 99-00 on my car with the clear portion blacked out. I like the way it looks. and my buddy has a 94 with the stock tails with the top portion blacked out, Looks really good IMO

Like alot of people have said suspention will be your best first mod. Im willing to bet that in your daily driving you turn alot more then you lay into the throttle so you will apreciate a smooth "on rails" turning experience more often then you would minor performance mods.

suspension (at the very least springs and struts), exhaust, and than paint the sides and get a lip

Boo to Kansas that is all I gotta say about that. Do what you like to your car, but if you hang out around here too much you will end up with a swap or a boosted D that's just the way it goes.
