Default ITR Rear Sway, quick question

Hey everyone, just picked up a 92 Civic Hatch CX and I was looking in to the ITR 22mm Rear sway bar. I have a 14mm GSR rear sway in my garage and i have the D bracket and the endlinks still on it, probably needs new bushings.... but anyways can i just order the 22mm rear sway and use the GSR sway bar mounts? and is it a "MUST" to have the BSQ or Beaks mounting kit?

btw, before u start flamin me on ripping my subframe, the hatch is stripped and will be running 400-450lb/in springs in the rear.

THANKS!!!

it is not a must for the kit...but highly recommended. most likely..you will tear the subframe with the 22mm. bar.

some members on this board actually teared the subframe with the SS 19mm bar.

it is better to be safe than sorry. it'll save you money in the long run.

i'd go with the beaks kit. they have a kit that comes with the 22mm bar and everything needed to install since you already got the endlinks

Ive seen several torn subframes from itr and larger bars, with the use of beaks and similar kits.
Of course Im overly cautious, but I recommend something a little better:
http://www.a-spec-racing.com/product1.php

You can also buy an itr bar + plate from them as a combo
http://www.a-spec-racing.com/product2.php

I dont see why it wouldnt work w/ the 5th gens as well

it wouldnt work with the 5th gens because of lower arm length of the 5th and 6th are different so the subframe would be different. but that is one crazy looking subframe reinforcment. there diffinitely wouldnt be any subframe tear with that.

go with the beaks kit. beaksproducts.com i have it on my CX, you either need Integra rear LCA's or after markekt ones, i have megan racing lca's so i needed to get beaks 99SI kit for the endlinks, but if you get 92-95 si or integra lca's go with the EG/DC quickswap kit. its the best investment i have made on my car yet.

the 96-00 civic rear LCA is 400mm from the center of the mounting holes, DC2s and EGs are 334mm. the chassis mounting points are narrower on the EKs to fit the wider arms.
