Default Stripped bolt question 5 hours down the drain

Ok I'm trying to remove the power steering hose from the valve body but the 14mm flare nut is stripped. My inspection has been up since the first and I need to get this power steering hose off so I can JB weld a new one on since mine is cut up above. 2 cut ones = 1 good one....

any reccomendations....it's a tough space to work in.. the 13mm won't hammer on and I don't have vice grips

Go to Autozone or any auto parts store and buy a kit that removes striped bolts.

Its around $5-10... you might not think its worth it just for a one time use, but beleive me, itll come in handy later on.

it's the head of a nut...what you are referring to is a die/tap set...which is for threads on studs both male/female....I don't think that will work. thanks though

I'll try a flat head tommorow

go to your nearest sears and get the craftsman bolt-out set...
we used it the other day for a completely rounded off nut...
