Default Civic badge/emblem

Hey all

I have a Civic VTI (B16A2) that I bought 3 days ago , and am very happy with it. The only thing is that the rear CIVIC badge/emblem is in gold, instead of silver. Which looks pretty crappy on a black car? So, I am asking if anyone has a CIVIC badge laying around the house or if you know of any company/web site (preferably in the UK/Europe, but not essential) that sells the Civic badge. Before you ask, I did go down my local Honda Dealer, but they charging £13 (around $24) which is ridicules for a dame silver badge. Oh and I did go to all scrap/salvage yards near me but still no luck.

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks

Secret

good luck tho. I know that there are a lot on badges of ebay, but they are mostly flat and don't follow the body lines of the car (if the case is that your car has angles under the badge... the top picture wouldn't come up for some reason....) Don't skimp tho. It may be worth it in the long run to get the OEM peice.

You should post a Want ad in the For Sale forum here, I'm sure someone who has removed theirs would be willing to hook you up

I think it would look nice if you just removed the badge all together.

I bet the gold badging is pretty rare.
I'd keep it, gold on black looks good IMO.
