hey all i was just wondering if its even worth it to start modding a d16y. this car feels really slow (98 civic ex). maybe its cause im going from a 2000 si to a 98 ex but i didnt think the difference was that great.

Boost it!!! Thats what i would do to a D16Y8. Go to www.turbod16.com Some of the guys over there are running 8-10 PSI on a dialy driver. Check that site out..real informative and cool....just like HAN

i'm almost afraid to ask why the change from the Si. Mainly because I know that would hurt if it were me?
But now I'm really curious.

the only thing worth doing to it is swap or turbo, no lil add ons will make much difference and be a waste of money.

it depends on what your goals are... If you just want to be as fast as your old car, turbo or nitrous will get you there (and quite a bit further) without much hassle. The d16y8 respons very well to either.
