looks like you have no bushing inside that endlink.

get a new endlink, should be money after that.

every peice is brand new even the sway bar, i bought the beaks quickswap kit, endlinks were in honda packaging and so was the swaybar. wil at beaks said i might have to get a longer bolt or some washers to push it out.

yeah, that would fix the fact that its spaced too far out, but in the picture it looks like its not lined up side-to-side (like the endlink is right of the hole). Maybe its just the angle of the photo, but if thats the case, your problems are more serious.

i am thinking that i sould try EK endlinks because the LCA's holes position look more like the EK than on a EG or DC. what do you think?

dude, if its a little off, big deal, just force it into place. better preload!

my gsr endlinks didnt fit great either, it was lined up with the hold, but vertically the endlink wasnt right next to the lca. i just pivoted it, and made it work. I know its probably not the most effective this way, but it works, and without tons of custom work to make it fit. The way i figure, based on swaybar theory, it doesnt matter much anyway.

due i did that, and its sits at a angle like this "/" so when it flexes the endlink pops out of the bushing, i have taken it apart 5 times to get this Sh1t to work and it keeps poping out, i am thinking about using 99si endlinks, cause the hole of my LCA looks like the LCA of a 99si
