get the adjustable one & save u'r cash.. i believe the pressure should be set at 35 or so on a stock motor but don't quote me on it.. check the books or the online resource for exact pressure setting. good luck

psi should be set at 38-46 with the vacuum hose disconnected and pinched. but the b&m regulator attaches to your stock regulator...if thats busted the b&m wouldnt really do much...if you want an adjustable regulator look into the aem one which replaces the stock unit and probably is less than dealers price

I bought my AEM regulator from a Summit Racing's Retail store for like 169 or somethin.. i'm sure u could find it cheeper on the net if u have the time to shop around & what not.. also some of the autoparts stores that carry any other AEM products should be able to order it for u.. u just have to find the right person to talk to i guess. good luck on that.. (sry i didn't realize that the B & M regulator wasn't a complete regulator replacement like the AEM -good catch CivicRacr-)

why would you need to pinch the vaccum hose if it is supposed to be disconnected?

just a thought but the vacuum line is going to have fuel in it so unless you want the fuel pouring out you pinch it while it's disconnected. or am i wrong and the vacuum line going to the fpr has no fuel in it?

No the vacuum line has no fuel in it, when u disconnect it and pinch it that means that you are reading fuel pressure at wide open throttle, the vacuum is just for pressure, its not a fuel line.
