Default Bleeding Clutch Hydraulics

I recently installed a new Clutch Master Cylinder on my 92 Civic DX because my old one was leaking. I put the new one on just the way the manual says. It says I have to bleed the system whenever I replace parts. I find the Clutch Release cylinder, which I believe is just behind the radiator? I take off the dust cap on the bleeder valve, and loosen the valve, but nothing comes out. I ended up taking the valve all the way off, and still nothing came out. Any suggestions?

uhmm, u need to have someone pump the clutch with the valve close, then hold, open valve, let fluid drain out in a tube submerged in fluid so that no air gets back in. repeat till it builds pressure.
