I think that's the "JDM Coin Pocket"

It goes to the left of your steering wheel and replaces the Cruise Button/Fog Light/Dimmer switches.

Not really useful unless you're really dying for those "JDM" Points

 

yea i just bought it because i dont have any use for the dimmer switch. i think thats probebly the most useless thing honda ever put in their cars. do you think its just a matter of popping off that panel and sliding it in?

 

They replace the panel that holds the switches completely. Uber easy, use a butter knife to get it out to avoid scratching up dash.

Yeah that dimmer shit is usless! Im gonna try to replace mine with an Shift light. Even though I have an auto but soon to be 5 speed!

Fabricate a new hole in the replaces dash for the foglight switch. Shouldn't be too hard to cut the hole then mount the switch. I haven't looked at how those switches are mounted though so I may be wrong. A dremel with the appropriate attachment would make cutting that hole in the dash rather simple, or a jigsaw.
