Default Acg (s)

What is the ACG (S)? I have a fuse for it, and it keeps blowing. When it blows the car just plain says no. It'll turn over just no ignition.

I can't find anything in the haynes manual. WTF is an ACG. Whatever it is when it blows the solinoid that unlocks the gear shifter wont go so I'm stuck in park. And the engine will turn and everything except the sparks work, but no start. Bummer. I can't diagnose something I know nothing about right. Somebody............ HELP!

thanks brotha. Haynes isn't as detailed as I'd like. It does bring up the point that the voltage regulator could be dead tho... guess i better go utilize that check at autozone
