I will when I have everything done. Right now its ugly as hell. The last owner was super abusive wannabe rally racing offroader in a low car type >< So the bumper is screwed up and such. The painter says he can do all the repair work. It isnt bad in the case where it has places in need of huge ammounts of bondo, just some plastic scratching and stuff hell sand out.

Bondo? Hummm if you can have him cut out and replace whatever is ****ed up that would be better. What Im trying to say is have the least amount on your ride as possible.

That's the only way bondo is ever good. If there's none of it. If it's ever thick, paint soaks in, it gets dull, then starts cracking and breaking off. It's worthless on any plastic, carbon fiber, or fiberglass stuff.

I think what you were saying is that you don't have chunks missing, right? That it could just be sanded out of the plastic???...

If it's an 11-year-used car, you can expect at least that kind of damage on it. Shouldn't be too hard to fix with a DA sander. Are they stripping it, priming it, and painting it? Color sanding?

Yeah they are doing everything. The hole is extremely small, about half inch by half inch and another half inch deep. It looks almost as if someone stabbed the bumper with a spike of some sort, its a weird hole, I cant figure out what its from. Anyway since OEM bumpers are pretty 'spensive from Honda, and its an extremely small hole, I figure why not bondo it. I mean I hate bondo, but its a tiny hole. if there was major damage I would replace it without even thinking. Yes they are completely stripping it, priming it and color sanding it. Going tommorow to get the carbon color-matched.

Yep right, I have the hole that I mentioned in last post, and also just some minor scratching of thru the paint to the plastic beneath. Nothing horrible or deep , so sanding it will fix it easy

Well this is my thinking on painting and repairing the exterior of a car. Hood, bumper, fenders, bumpers blah blah anything you can bolt off and replace I would. One reason is that if you repair it. Like Jafro said.. it can suck up the paint, get dull, ext. Also your gonna repair the bumper if some dick backs up into your bumper do you know whats the first thing to chip off? That little bit of bondo. I know the OEM parts are crazy $ but you can always get that after market OEM parts. Fenders by me are $39 primed up and ready to paint. But whatever goodluck and I hope this ain't just so mom and pops kinda guy who don't know much.
