Yeah they are doing everything. The hole is extremely small, about half inch by half inch and another half inch deep. It looks almost as if someone stabbed the bumper with a spike of some sort, its a weird hole, I cant figure out what its from. Anyway since OEM bumpers are pretty 'spensive from Honda, and its an extremely small hole, I figure why not bondo it. I mean I hate bondo, but its a tiny hole. if there was major damage I would replace it without even thinking. Yes they are completely stripping it, priming it and color sanding it. Going tommorow to get the carbon color-matched.
