Are the pulleys on a 99 EX reverse threaded?

Are the pulleys on a 99 EX reverse threaded?

This is on a 99 EX coupe. Also If anyone responding has changed the power steering and alternator pulley to AEMs what did you use to lock the pulley in place while loosening it? Thanks

are you talking about the crank pulley?

Nah, the alternator and power steering pulley. I found the answer thanks, though.
