As for the discussion of salvage/rebuilt vehicle titles, remember this is a GS-R. It is probably the easiest salvage car to sell aside an ITR, a lot of people want one so bad they'll overlook a salvage/rebuid. This isn't your mom's Camry.

sup andy

the car was volkers old car, so you know it was fixed right because it was his car, the car has been hit once when he bought it and fixed it, once when ed weible rear ended him in the black ek hatch and then the rear quater panel was all caved in after someone backed into it. so thats 3 times its been wrecked since ive known of it being around. i dont know, as nice as it would be to have it i dont think im gonna do i tfor the simple fact that i have to many plans for this car and its in great shape and has never been hit, plus it will be a somewhat quick untill i get my other motor built.

Cool, are we talking about that dark green one I remember seeing parked down there? Thing looked nice as I drove past but I never really looked that close at it. I'm sure Volker's fixed it properly so I wouldn't have too many reservations about that. There is something to be said about the charm of an EG Honda though, I miss mine sometimes.

I've done the whole salvaged title thing... I hate to admit it, but I ended up treating the car with so little respect that it went to shit in no time. It was my winter car, but still... Knowing I couldn't resell it for much, I just didn't care, and beat the hell out of it. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that, go for it. Depending on what you ahve into the civic already, it could be a great deal.
