Ok I put a 1997 Acura Integra LS Engine in my 1998 honda civic DX I used my stock DX wiring harness on the LS engine but when I plugged in my LS ECU(p75) It wont run good. but when I plug my DX ECU in it seems to work Alright. I went to the junkyard today to get an LS wiring harness but that will NOT WORK on the DX honda civic HB. They told me to get The Honda CivicEX wiring harness Will that work or will it be the same as the DX Wiring harness PLEASE HELP ME I NEED MY CAR Its been 3 weeks already

 

Where in CT are you located?

Your wiring harness will work fine.

The only real difference between your old engine nad new engine is IACV, I believe.

I'm by the casinos. I gave you the info to fix it, I'm sorry I can't explain it better than that. I do swaps/tuning all the time, if you want to retain my services...

Ok i did The IACV the way it told me to on the link you sent me, Now I can use the LS ECU but it still doesnt run good, When i step on the gas it shuts off and it wont go pass 5mph what could it be now?? It idles fine when the car is on but it just went go!

MAP and TPS swapped maybe, search and figure out how to pull the CEL codes, and let us know what codes you're throwing.
