Default Really low TPS voltage

I'm looking for any help you guy can give me. I have a 96 del sol with a 99 b18c1 in it. The harness was sent away to PLACE Racing, but the question i have for you is where does the TPS get its voltage and where does it send it. I'm getting really low voltage, and even when I adjust it, i can only get .08 at closed throtle. Please don't ask me to adjust it again, cause thats not it. I need to know where it gets its signal, cause somthing sends the volate to it, and then the tps sends it somewhere. Where does the voltage come from, and where does it go? Any help as to why my tps is getting really low voltage would be awsome. You guys are great.

Usually signal is the middle wire. The other 2 wires are power and ground. Power should be 5 volts, signal should be right under 1 volt. Seems like you got the right one. Nothing is wrong with your tps signal voltage in my opinion.

I am suposed to be getting .5 at closed throtle, yet i'm only getting only .08. Thats a big deal. That is what is causing my proplem, where does the tps get its power? And where does it send it to?

the 5 volt comes from the ECU and the signal is only adjusted by the placement on the TB, and that goes back to the ecu. You're over complicating this shit. Adjust it at the TB, and you're done. Just loosen the two screws, and adjust it back and forth til you get the right voltage...

Like i said before, I did adjust it, and the best volt reading i could get is .08 I know how to do so, i've done it before on other honda's, yet I can only get the best voltage reading of .08 Therefor I am wondering if my ecu is dead, cause right now I'm in full limp mode which means no reving past 2500 rpms. I think it might be my ecu. What do you guys think.
