Default Civic Engine Turbo with DSM parts?D16v1 european engine?

I own a Honda Civic 2003 Model in europe with the D16V1 engine that in 1.6 litre SOHC puts out 110 hp...thats too low.especially with a type r look. i recently came across the following:
HF- MANIFOLD
T-25 DSM TURBO GOOD CONDITION
450 DSM INJECTORS, DSM SIDE MOUNT INTERCOOLER NO LEAKS
DSM BLOW OFF VALVE
DSM O2 HOUSING
SUPER AFC (AIR FUEL CONVERTER) from APEXi

with nothing else no hosing no nothing.
you think these will fit my car?how much psi should i expect. What else would i need for a clean installment?i am looking for an answer from someone who has been there before me or has some knowledge in boosting through turbo those weak civic engines...thanx!

Hmmmmmmmm

Not sure if you got the right manifold ... but, have fun.

IHO: Its better to get a kit turbo, IF! you dont know much about cars / turbos.
Or, your car is new and there is a good kit out to buy for it.
And, I think you fit in both of those.

i was looking forward to moding the manifold so as to fit.also the only reason i dont get a full kit is because of the cost.these are in great condition u know tested no leaks the turbo is rebuilt...so i was looking for some info in how much the hosing would cost or if i would need a new fuel pump or somethnng like that!also i love the s afc man and i would love to make out a clean 8 psi with all these!

Yes but, I think the engine block pattern is so much diffrent from the one manifold you have, to, the one you are trying to put it on.
And, as i said i dont think you know much about cars.

But i will give you enuff info, to blow your car up anyway.
you should, spend some more money and get it done right.
Maybe buy this manifold,

its a HONDA Civic 2001-2003 1.7 Part # 14019-XA001. Its from .

and well, thats a atlest the right manifold for your engine.

Custom fabbing a manifold is going to cost more, or the same as, getting a turbo kit. Also, with the intercooler and other parts, you may have to make custom mounts to mount everything into the car, which also costs money. There are also no directions (since you got a Mitsu kit) and not many people can help (since most people buy kits). So if you don't know all that much, I would suggest getting a turbo kit, since it will probably be cheaper and people on this and other boards can give you more help with it.

I dont see what the big deal is about modding the manifold to fit your block, earlier today I saw a shop online selling turbo manifolds for most honda blocks for 175-200 dollars and I hear nothing but good things about them. If you dont know much about cars *yet* and are dedicated to going turbo right off the bat, then I suggest a turbo kit or something similar for your setup, or some intense reading up on turbo's and Hondas.

P.S. that HKS manifold is secksi.

people people people...this civic is my second car.i owned a VW golf 1.8 with intake mods and the usual engine mods and it put out a decent power.but now it is sold and it has been over a year and a half that i have my civic!it was brand new i got tired of the power so i ended up with the usual mods but still i need more so i am going for a turbo.my dream would be a jr supercharger but the cost is up to the sky.a turbo kit will cost me atleast 3000 without an intercooler.the stuff i told ya will cost me 500 and all the additional hosing and mounting will be specially for my car because we will look it up for the best fit.besides, there is no such thing as a turbo for my engine.all racing companies never take the time to develop kits for the european standards so in the UK or Germany or here in Greece its all about custom...I think that it wont cost me more than 1000 for everything.so with 1500 i suppose i can have a decent output.could this work?

went through some thought i checked out stuff and you are right about the kit ALTHOUGH i have no idea if the one i take will fit my engine without any mods!this is what this kit has

GARETT T25
Oil Feed Line

Oil Return Tube & Hose

Drag Manifold

550cc Injectors

185 lph Fuel Pump

Side Mount Intercooler

Set of Mandrel Bent Aluminum Intercooler Piping

Set of Intercooler Hose

Intercooler Hose Clamps

Small Hose Clamps

Large Hose Clamps

Adjustable Boost Controller

Mounted Eclipse 1G BOV

Honda Resistor Box

Faze Boost Gage

Oil Pan Tap

Up Pipe Hose

Down Pipe

B&M Fuel Pressure Modifier

B&M Fuel Pressure Gauge

Turbo K&N Style Max Flow Air Filter

Set of vacuum lines and T's

all these are from import technologies.the problem is that its the D-motor and i wonder if my motor which is a stupid european D16V1 will fit the usual D series that are in hte US...
