-all prices estimated perfect or high-

400 turbo
150 BOV new or 50used from junk yard
150 Wastegate
250 turbo manifold
50 Ingectors from eclipse GSX (or compairable turbo car)
20 turbo gasket set on ebay
150 pipe job at local pipe bending shop
20 Vacume Line parts store



SSautoChrome from ebay is able to get your turbo for uner 400
if your going with your stock motor.. use 15g

get a BOV from ebay or your local junk yard off of a (turbo eclipse / talon tsi / audi tt / ect.)

35mm "XS Trobo" wastegate from Looks Identical to the Tial.. just doesn't have their name on it! http://thestreetsource.net/ for $150 shipped

people talk down about the ebay turbo manifolds but honestly.. i've seen the SSautochrome manifold in action & it's not to bad! if you keep your eye's open u'll get it for under $250

intercooler and all the piping is next, that would run you ~400 for everything new

you forgot oil lines (over 100 bucks) fuel management (200-800 including tuning) and gauges like boost gauge...

15g does not bolt up to an OBX T3 flanged manifold... (even if they did... it will crack)

Buy a rev hard manifold, or a full race, or greddy or, Fmax, some thing with a real name.
I wouldnt trust any business with the word "Chrome" in thier name, saying they will help you go fast.

I got my Drag Manifold for 225 shipped.

You can use other things that are heat rated instead of the Classic Oil lines that you are so familure with.. Some people just don't have the ability to think outside the box!

& the manifolds that you claim crack usually crack because they arn't supported by a brace as you are supposed to brace the tubular manifolds!

One of the guys here, westcoaststyle, has an impressive GS-R turbo setup, and he's documented a lot of what he's done. You should take a look at his threads and see what it takes to really build up your car. At last check I think he made 282 whp, but I'm not sure...
