HELP!! options for removal of rusted/striped bolt
93 civic hatch.
its the 2 under the hood that connect the shocks to the car...4 in total, 2 on each side. i soaked the shit out of it for almost 2days now. they wont budge!
i used a breaker bar and all it does is strip it...i dont wanna **** it up even more.
what can i do now? heat it? chisel it? cut it??
thanks

I've never really had trouble with those bolts? Another solution to getting really stripped/rounded bolts off is to take 1 size smaller (preferably an impact sock) and just hammer that sucker on there. It's going to pretty much ruin the bolt and can be a real pain to get that sucker back out of the socket but once it's down and tight, it's not going to spin. Your ears will probably right for a while too.
