I was hit by a ****ing pickup truck ( right at passenger side fender ) The Mexican guy didn't have license or insurance at all. I tried to deal with him but he didn't speak Eng though, ****ED UP !!! So I had to call the cop. They gave him a ticket (no arrested ???) and sent his truck to impound for 30 days.

My question : Will I get paid by their insurance company? The truck was insured by the owner (of course not the idiot).

 

you should be paid for it if it was insured...if it wasnt...comprehensive should take care of it unelss you dont have it...then yeah...ur pretty much screwed

 

If the vehicle is insured by anyone, you're covered.

 

In any case, you could take it to small claims court and probably get the cost of repairs pretty easily
