I'm not sure if OBDI is worth it. I am throwing a code for missing a o2 sensor, so that would fix that. What does everyone think?
bah....waaaay overpriced for what it is....not to mention the fact that the redline is a hazard with stock cams and springs....I would stick to a stock p72 ecu and the jumper...and yes this will get rid of the o2 sensor.

edit: scoop something like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...475832593&rd=1

As far as swapping, I have a 96 del sol type s, I have a 99-00 gsr motor. The question is what jumper do I need to run an obdI ecu? I read this on another thread, what do i need to do, it confuses me a bit.
96+ won't plus right up...

96-98 will plug into a obd2a harness

99-00 will plug into a obd2b harness
(information found here https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...obd+conversion )

this is where I am thinking the problem is...because your two peice engine harness is obd2a and you are running an obd2b ecu....are you using the stock del sol harness or the 99 GSR harness?

hmmm...I dunno honestly...I have never had to figure out what the wiring was once it was done, cause I have always done it all myself.....

i guess i could just look at the ecu i have now and write the numbers down and look and see what it is, if the ecu i have now is obdIIb, then the plugs have to be able to fit into an obdIIb ecu, the all i need is a jumper that is obdIb->obd1 right, amd i right in thinking this?
