as far as adjusting the tps, i know it has to read .45 volts at idle, and 5 volts at wot, but how do I do that, with a volt meter, but where do I stick it? And how do I adjust it?

stick a sewing needle through the positve wire...to adjust it..losen the two screws that hold it in and twist it backwards or forwards until your idle is set just right

I prefer the obd-1 setup, but if you must keep the obd2 than so be it

as far as changing to an obd1, do i just have to get an obd1 ecu(such as what) and then buy a jumper? What are the advantages of this? (note: I don't have emisions tests in Indiana)

hmm I dunno the exact code for the obd-1 GSR motor...I can find it, but yes just a jumper and the ecu

obd-1 has less sensors, one less 02 sensor...less emmissions stuff to throw a code and make stuff not work.

would you recomend doing this? ? My tps sensor is going mad, and I am going to replace that with a new one, but people who have had the same symptoms as I have had said to replace the ecu. I figured I might do so, but i might just switch to obdI ecu. what do you think about his setup here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...475267792&rd=1 he has great feedback, and he also sells the jumper for 85 bucks im not sure what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna replace my tps, and if that fixes it I'll just be good with that, but if it doesn't i'm gonna replace the ecu. I'm not sure if OBDI is worth it. I am throwing a code for missing a o2 sensor, so that would fix that. What does everyone think?
