I think 13" tires are probably too small for a tire swing.

That's a neat little factoid, ever since the Integra was introduced in '86 it has never had anything smaller then a 14" wheel stock.

yup.

when i did my brake swap, I had to upgrade from my 13" vx wheels to some quality 14" steelies
