my local dealership charges $400+ for timing belt and wp replacement. my bro had them done in his accord for $120 labor + parts ($80)

Ya you can get the pump too.. It all depends on how much you want to spend. oem parts retail for more money, but the shops usually jack up the prices on things that they purchase for you. I'm guessing it would be similar prices to buy your own oem parts and have a shop install them, it's just whether or not you want to make that extra trip to the dealership to get the parts. OEM quality is superior

i got mine done for like under 300 (250$)? canadian including 14.5% tax. this included water pump around 54$ i think? and cost of belt and while they were in there, they checked around and fixed a few other things.

ok i came across my receipt, it was about 54 for the pump, 35 for the belt and 144 for the labour.i also had them change some fluids and stuff and it came up to 313 including 14.5% tax CAD
